The counter-numbers landed in the same hours. Fars reported the IRGC halting an Emirati tanker near Qeshm [TG-563769]; Solovievlive put Brent above ninety [TG-564329], as did a Fars graphic [TG-564047]. The US reserve fell to 293.4 million barrels, lowest since 1982 — cig_telegram [TG-563922], Intelslava [TG-563946], Almasirah citing Reuters [TG-564425], Press TV [TG-564030] — with cig_telegram adding that depletion nears the level where cavern integrity is a concern [TG-563923] and Mehrnews filing it under "consequences of the aggression against Iran" [TG-564021]. The quieter contest is over consent. Middle East Spectator carried Trump telling Fox the US would bomb Oman if it "gets in the way" [TG-563002] — a threat to the party mediating for him — and Al Arabiya carried Sadr telling the IRGC to stop striking Iraqi soil [TG-564148]. Host-nation consent is load-bearing for every basing arrangement in the Gulf, and both items are erosion in public.
The fortieth day, and the friction underneath it
Iranian state output was overwhelmingly commemorative: the arbaeen in Mashhad [TG-564435][TG-563968], clerics at the shrine [TG-562884], a first-published photograph of the martyred Leader reading the Quran [TG-564197], the register "resident of the House of Remembrance" with a commissioned quatrain [TG-564199]. The friction is audible in state media itself. A broadcaster's line that "the south of Iran is sacrificed for the south of Lebanon" went viral to hostile reception within a day, per Radio Farda [TG-563217]; a Malayer MP apologised after Mahsa Amini's parents responded to his remark about her death [TG-563060][TG-563208]. The enforcement answer is published domestically: Tehran's prosecutor filed against the unlicensed programme "Azad" [TG-564206][TG-564128], the press jury convicted Serat News of publishing falsehoods [TG-563907], and both ISNA [TG-563822] and IRNA [TG-564053] flagged sharp online backlash to the "countering infiltration" bill — state agencies reporting dissent about a censorship instrument. Who keeps the damage ledger

Yemen shows two victim constructions on one coastline: Almasirah carries Sanaa's "blockade for blockade" as humanitarian necessity [TG-562931]; Al Arabiya runs Mokha fishermen under the banner "we are not fighters" [TG-564230] and Zindani warning that Houthi attacks threaten navigation [TG-562858].
